Teach Thailand Corps

Teach Thailand Corps (TTC) is a program created by the American-Thai Foundation to recruit and place graduates of American colleges to teach in less-developed provinces of Thailand, with an aim to equip students with critical language and life skills. We partner with a highly respected organization in Thailand that has over 30 years of experience working with American teachers. TTC Teachers teach during the length of the 10-month school year, with the option to extend their assignments for an additional year.

We accept applicants from all majors/fields of study, and our current and past Teachers have come from colleges across the US, including Stanford, Yale, Tufts, Lewis & Clark, Reed, and Willamette.

TTC Teachers have the opportunity to help improve the lives of Thai students and local communities in ways that will have an impact on the country’s continuing development, while gaining an enriching experience working and living in Thailand. Teachers also have firsthand exposure to international development in the midst of the dynamic and rising ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) region. TTC provides an excellent foundation to support new American graduates’ goals of personal and professional development, in preparation for their future careers.
