Pediatric therapy (including speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, educational, and specialty therapies) for both Early Intervention and Private Pay
Early Learning and Child Care for children 18 months through 5 years
Adult Day Health Care for senior citizens and adults with disabilities
Supervised Visitation for families involved with the foster care system
Case Aide for physically or sexually aggressive foster youth who need one-on-one mentoring
Transitions Youth Impact Program employment services for foster youth 15-24 aging out of the foster care system
Child Placement Agency Services recruiting new foster parents
Parenting Plan Mediation parenting plan mediation services that are grant funded to income-eligible parents
Employment training and job support for adults with disabilities or employment barriers through both our Group Supported Employment Program specializing in Janitorial Services and our Individual Placement Program

Enhance opportunities for choice and contribution of individuals with disabilities in the community

Case Aide Worker
This position is responsible for providing one-on-one assistance to children whose behaviors or developmental needs cannot be managed in a foster home or family setting without additional assistance.

Community Support Specialist, Supervised Visitation
This part time position insures a safe, welcoming environment for families on the path to reunification or shared parenting while documenting their progress. Prefer if available to work at least 3 days each week from 4:00 – 8:00 PM and at least 2 Saturdays each month from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Occupational Therapist
This position will plan and carry out a occupational therapy program to meet the developmental needs of program participants.

Pediatric Physical Therapist/Therapist’s Assistant
This position plans and implements physical therapy programs to meet the developmental needs of program participants.

Pediatric Physcial Therapist, Part Time
This position plans and implements physical therapy programs to meet the developmental needs of program participants.

Personal Care Aide
This position provides personal care services to clients of the Adult Day Health Center (ADHC) who require medical assessment and intervention. This position assists with daily program activities and client personal care needs including, but not limited to, ambulation, wheelchair transfers, toileting, and grooming.

Registered Nurse – Adult Day Health Center
This position provides nursing services on a part time basis. Nursing services are for our Adult Day Health Center (ADHC) participants who require medication, therapy, and oversight.

Speech Language Pathologist
This position plans and implements communication/language programs to meet the developmental needs of program participants.

Substitute On-Call Teacher, Early Learning & Child Care
This position fills in as needed in the Early Learning classrooms from infant to pre-school age.

Front Desk Receptionist
This position will provide front desk assistance to support multiple program areas. Responsibilities include receptionist work and general office responsibilities including confidential document handling, assisting with organization’s projects, and other general office duties as assigned.

Janitorial Specialist
This position performs carpet, hard floor, window cleaning and service maintenance functions for these areas according to contract requirements and assigned work schedule, and uses approved cleaning maintenance methods, techniques, and equipment.

Kitchen Assistant
Innovative Services NW, one of Vancouver’s oldest and most respected non-profit organizations is seeking an individual to work as a part-time Kitchen Assistant. This position provides assistance to the cook in our kitchen that serves our Adult Day Health Center and Early Learning Programs. This person will assist our cook in Innovative Services NW’s kitchen. This position is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen and pantry areas, prep work and other duties assigned.
