Trading Internship Program Description:
Each year, Bridgewell Resources recruits rising juniors like you – creative, curious, analytical, and entrepreneurial – to become the next generation of trading talent in our organization. The Trading Internship Program launches annually in late June.

What Our Trading Internship Program Offers You

•Introduction to a career as a Trader serving an array of customers and suppliers in the utility, renewable energy, building and construction, industrial manufacturing, food processing and packaged goods industries, as well as governments and other entities worldwide.
•Rigorous and unique on-site classroom training program to introduce you to our trading approach and markets, research projects and case studies, field trips to local suppliers, customers and business partners.
•Hands on, meaningful projects and one-on-one mentorship on our trading floor with experienced Traders.
•Opportunity to utilize your curiosity, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.
•Intro to trading with a financially stable, growing leader in domestic and international trade.
•Work and learn with a group of Trading Interns entering the program together.

•Sourcing, selling and managing risk within various financial and commodity markets
•Corporate structure, including credit, compliance and legal functions

•Relationship development, negotiation and problem solving in business ventures
•Evaluation of business opportunities (via internal development or acquisition)

Who We Are Looking For
Our Trading Internship Program is not just about meeting minimum qualifications. We believe Trading Intern candidates with the most potential to succeed possess a naturally strong entrepreneurial drive, analytical mindset, business acumen, persistence and people skills. If this describes you, and you have the other indicators of desired candidates below, we want to hear from you.

•Bachelor’s degree in a discipline that provides you with an excellent background in logical reasoning, math, quantitative and analytical skills. For example, Business, Finance, Applied Math, Engineering, Technical or Science.
Coursework involving sales, marketing, the construction industry, wood products, food or agribusiness are beneficial but not required.
•High level of intelligence and academic achievement as demonstrated through grade point average and/or other measures or achievements.
•Confidence and a true desire to work with people build relationships and work as part of a team.
•Exceptional interpersonal communication and persuasive skills, in person and over the phone.
•Strong spatial, analytical and organizational abilities.
•Efficient and effective user of MS Outlook, Word and Excel, and the Internet for research, problem solving and resources.

Trader Trainee Program Description:
