Deeply rooted in service to farmworkers, CASA of Oregon (a 501c3 Non-Profit organization) has improved the lives of Oregonians in underserved communities by building affordable housing, neighborhood facilities, and programs that increase families’ financial well-being. Since 1988 CASA of Oregon has specialized in developing housing and related facilities for farmworkers. CASA of Oregon is a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) as well as the administrator of the Individual Development Account program (IDA).

Positions Available:

CASA of Oregon, in partnership with the California Coalition for Rural Housing, is recruiting for its 19th Annual Rural West Internship Program for Diversity in Nonprofit Housing and Community Development. The Internship Program begins in June 2016 and ends in May 2017.

CASA of Oregon’s selected intern will gain experience in non-profit lending for affordable housing. As a Community Development Financial Institution, CASA of Oregon operates a growing loan fund that supports affordable housing development and preservation across the state.
