Positions Available:

Management Sales Trainee
The Sherwin-Williams Management/Sales Training Program is designed to prepare college graduates for a management or sales career within the company. It equips you to service the commercial market (painting contractors, builders, designers, architects, etc.) and the do-it-yourself (DIY) market, or the automotive aftermarket and OEM customer base.

The Management/Sales Training Program helps you develop the interpersonal skills vital to building lasting relationships with customers and teaches you everything you need to know about our products, processes and procedures so you can become an effective store manager or sales representative. It is the first step of what can be a very successful and fulfilling career.

Internship Program
With the Sherwin-Williams Paint Stores Group Internship Program, you’ll get intense, on-the-job experience in the commercial/retail environment of one of our 3300+ company owned stores in the United States or Canada. You’ll build your resume through practical business experience with a Fortune 500 company while “test driving” our company and evaluating how closely aligned our values are to your own. Some colleges even allow students to earn credits for completing the Internship Program.

And because we have facilities throughout the country, you can work in a store near your college or summer residence. During the internship you will learn: sales/customer service, marketing/merchandising, product knowledge, inventory management, financial reports accounts receivable, and operations management.
