Grace Uwagbae is the Constituent Relations Manager with the Mayor’s Office in Portland.  She holds a BA in Political Science from Lewis and Clark College.  The three most important job skills to perform well at this job include customer service, conflict resolution, and policy analysis.

Grace previously held postions at Office of Mayor Sam Adams: Operations Manager, Community Advocate 2009-2012 and Office of Mayor Tom Potter: Front Desk 2007-2008.  She can speak very well to the field of public relations from a political stand point and social media in local government.

Hobbies/Personal interests: reading mystery novels, travelling, anything having to do with the Portland Trailblazers, Downton Abbey, I’m a Big through Big Brothers/Big Sisters Columbia-Northwest.
